Shipping policy

After ordering, keep your phone on as you may receive a call to schedule delivery.

If your shipment arrives on a pallet, you'll sign the BOL ("bill of lading") when everything is delivered. Check if anything is damaged and note any damage on the BOL. This is super important if any claims need to be made for damaged product (spilled bags, smashed pallets, etc). Once you sign the BOL, no claims can be made.
